USIJ Submits Public Comments on the Innovation Act

Today, the Alliance of U.S. Startups and Inventors for Jobs (USIJ) submitted a statement for the record to the House Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet for a hearing held on Public Record comments on H.R. 9 - the Innovation Act.  These comments come in response to a hearing held on February 12, 2015 titled, "Examining Recent Supreme Court Cases in the Patent Arena."
