On Tuesday, May 12, the Alliance of U.S. Startups & Inventors for Jobs (USIJ) and the Council for Innovation Promotion (C4IP) hosted a luncheon discussion featuring former USPTO Director David Kappos and former Deputy United States Trade Representative Ambassador Jeffrey Gerrish.
